Return form

If you placed an order on sophiepack.ro and you wish to return one or more products, you can submit your request using the form below. Fill in the order details and the products for which you are requesting a return, and the Sophie Pack team will take care of your request.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 calendar days from the date you took possession of the products, according to the legislation in force, in the case of orders placed by individual consumers.

What you need to know before sending your return

Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were delivered, without damage caused by use or improper packaging. Please package the products properly before shipping to avoid damage during transport.

Direct return costs are borne by the customer, except in situations where the delivered product is wrong, defective or non-compliant.

In the event of a return, the value of the products will be fully refunded, except for the amount of 25 RON, representing the cost of delivery paid by us.

If the request to pick up the return package is made by us, an additional 25 RON will be deducted from the refunded amount, representing the cost of return shipping.

Thus, if both the initial delivery and the return are managed by us, the total value retained will be 50 RON.

Alternatively, you can send the return via a courier of your choice, at your own expense, to the address: Str. Vidului, 8A-8B, Loc. Florești, Jud. Cluj.

The refund of the value of the returned products will be made to the IBAN account indicated in the form, within no later than 14 calendar days from the date of submission of the withdrawal request.

The refund may be postponed until the returned products are received or until proof is received that they have been shipped.
